About Joe
I’m a research leader and behavioral scientist with deep expertise in behavioral economics and advanced quantitative methods. My work centers on designing and leading thoughtful research that answers complex questions and translating those insights into clear, actionable strategies. I specialize in bridging scientific rigor with real-world decision-making – whether informing policy, guiding investment, improving programs, or shaping technology and product development.
Across federal, academic, and industry research settings, I’ve served as a senior scientific advisor and a leader of cross-functional teams and complex portfolios, communicating effectively with executive, technical, and nontechnical audiences alike. I thrive in environments that value evidence, precision, and creative solutions. I enjoy simplifying the complex, and am motivated by opportunities to make measurable impact through thoughtful application of the scientific method.
